Rooms were clean, everything was amazing. We got a room with a bath. The hotel has magnificent location next to Mangalore, eateries, and prominent shopping area. It also was in the middle of jackson.

We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel offered transport facilities.

There was a lack of attention to some essential details, such as providing enough towels and toiletries in the room. the room size was small and did not leave much space to move around.

This place is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Plus, there's a beautiful, historic Christian church just a short distance away. 🏛️

Despite being well-located, the hotel lacked in its transport arrangements. We had difficulty arranging transport for our early flight and were left to find our own transportation.
